"Hooyo, Keli Ma Tihid!" is a safe, nurturing space where Somali mothers can come together to share, heal, and support one another during the postpartum journey.

Whether you're a first-time mother or navigating the challenges of raising multiple children, this group offers emotional support, education, and sisterhood rooted in Somali culture, language, and spirituality.

  • Who: Somali mothers in the postpartum period (up to 2 years after birth)

  • When: Weekly virtual or in-person sessions (TBD)

  • Language: Offered in Somali and English

  • Led by: Culturally responsive mental health professionals and trained peer mothers
